Who publishes this site, who is responsible for what it says, and under which licences the models are released. Cortex Foundation is a non-profit research foundation; this page states its identity, its hosting, and the terms under which its publications may be used.

1 Publisher

5 Intellectual property
The wordmark, the site design, the illustrations and the text of this site are the property of Cortex Foundation and are protected by copyright and by trademark law. The name "Cortex" and the wordmark are [À REMPLIR PAR MATHIS : état du dépôt de marque — numéro, offices, classes].
The verification tooling published alongside Cortex Security — the static-analysis rules and their test fixtures — is released under [À REMPLIR PAR MATHIS : licence du code, par exemple Apache-2.0 ou MIT]. 6 Open model licences
Cortex publishes model weights. Publication is not the same as abandonment of rights, and it is also not the same as a permissive grant.

Each model card states the licence that applies to that model, in full, and it prevails over this page. Where a card is silent, the default terms are [À REMPLIR PAR MATHIS : licence par défaut, par exemple Apache-2.0 modifiée par une clause d'usage acceptable].
Outputs generated by the models are not claimed by Cortex Foundation. You own what you produce with them, subject to the licence of the model you used and to the law that applies to you.
7 Reporting unlawful content

Frequently asked questions
No, not by default. Training on user conversations is off, and it stays off until you enable it for a conversation or for your account. Enabling it is a consent you can withdraw, and withdrawing it stops future training without affecting what was already learned.
Yes. Your account settings export your data in a machine-readable format and delete your account. The Privacy policy states how long each category is kept and how long backups take to roll off.

AI disclosure
Cortex Foundation trains and publishes its own models, and serves them in products. This page states plainly what those models do, what they do not do, what happens to the text you send them, and which uses we refuse.
